Who we are?

We’re a web agency, established in 2004. There are ten (or so) of us. We’re located at ludhiana(Punjab) in India. We’re profitable and growing because we’re experts in our chosen field and we support our delivery with great customer service.

What we do?

We’re passionate in helping our clients deliver outstanding customer experiences online. We’re fortunate to be working with a portfolio of fantastic clients who understand and value the importance of customer experience to their businesses.

Our modus operandi.

We start by understanding customer needs. We do this by talking with people, undertaking user research and creating in depth user profiles of typical customers. Once we understand customer needs we determine a site’s information architecture, produce superior interface and user-centred design, integrate content, test vigorously for accessibility, Browser and OS compatibility and support once live.

Our approach, with an emphasis on detailed pre-planning and preparation ensures faster delivery with reduced risk, at a competitive price. Our online project management tools and the provision of dedicated project managers ensures open communication on a project’s progress towards delivery.

About our founder, Tarun.

Tarun is working since 2000 as a programmer. He has spent the last 7+ years doing web development for numerous number of clients and companies. Passionate about delivering good customer service online. Always happy to contribute to articles or research papers.
